Meet the Owners

Emily was born and raised in Clinton, MO into a long line of other family members that call Clinton home. She loves the town she lives in and knows it like the back of her hand, which gives her a real edge in the business. Emily attended CHS and went on to graduate with highest honors from State Fair Community College with an Associates of Arts Degree. She felt her calling when she made the decision to attend one of the most highly recognized real estate schools in the Kansas City area, where she received her real estate license. 

Since entering into the real estate industry Emily has had many recognizable accomplishments. She has received various awards through the years, for number of sales, volume of sales and has been a multi-million dollar producer year after year. She serves on various committees through the local board of realtors and is currently serving as the West Central Associate of Realtors President Elect. Through her career Emily has gained many skills that allow her to better serve her clients and her company. From residential to commercial and land, she has the experience! Emily has also dealt with her fair share of leasing as a property manager. She has recently given up her property management to create more time for the company, but she definitely takes all the experience and skills with her. 

Emily often refers to herself as a “small town girl.” When she gets the chance she enjoys gardening, cooking, crafting, camping, hunting and fishing; just a few simple pleasures of her life. She loves her community and her family. “If it wasn’t for my family being there for me every step of the way with their tremendous support, past clients and the members of my community, I wouldn’t be where I am today!” 

Billy was born and raised in Houston TX were he graduated high school, and left shortly after for the U.S. Air Force. His first assignment was Whiteman Air Force Base where he worked on gravity bombs associated with the B2’s weapon system. He received an associates degree from State Fair Community College and went on to graduate from University of Maryland of the Air Force. While stationed at Whiteman Billy discovered Clinton through his love for the outdoors. In the years to follow, if Billy was not on base he was hunting and fishing in or around the Clinton area.

In 1998 he received orders to Ghedi Italy, and after completing his tour in Italy, he left the military and moved to Clinton full time.  Over the next few years he made the adjustment from military life to General Contractor. Billy has built custom homes in Pleasant Hill, Lone jack, and Adrian as well as Clinton. He has also bought and sold investment properties for over twenty years. He believes in and invests in Clinton as well as the surrounding areas which makes him well versed in the Clinton market as well as our neighboring markets.

Clinton is a great community and he works hard to bring awareness to people so they know that Clinton is not just a nice place to retire, it’s also the perfect place to raise a family of outdoor enthusiasts.  "Not many communities can compete with Clinton when it comes to the outdoors. In the springtime my whole family starts hunting and fishing and we don’t stop until the water is frozen and all the seasons are closed. I absolutely love Clinton, and I am very blessed to be able to raise a family in such a special place. My wife and I have lived in a lot of towns in and out of the military, but Clinton just always felt like home. It’s nice to be a part of a community with so many wonderful people.”
