Meet our Agents

Doug is a third generation resident of Clinton.  He and his wife Lesa, a local business owner/operator for the last 27 years, are proud to have raised two children Emily and Tyler. Both have turned into successful adults working and living in the local community.

Doug has worked in retail sales in Clinton for the last 40 years. He started his career in real-estate by doing remodels in the mid 80’s. He was flipping homes well before it was known as flipping and he bought and sold homes in Clinton with his wife for several years. He then partnered with another local remodeler on complete remodels from foundations to roofs. He started getting noticed by other local residents for his quality work, honesty and completion of work within the budgets and set timelines.  For that reason, he started Burke Construction in the early 90’s.  “My moto was no job to small and take care of the customers no matter what it took.”   He soon found out that great work ethics and honesty keeps people coming back for repeat business. He also built and designed homes in Clinton and the surrounding areas from ground up to turn key.

Doug has worked at the same local business for over twenty years. Most of you will recognize him from his picture. Corey is our sales agent outside the wire. As a 15 year resident of Warrensburg, he is an expert on the areas North of Clinton, such as Warrensburg, Sedalia, and Knob Noster.  Corey has really changed gears, after serving his country for 23 years. He has decided to hang up the combat boots, set down roots, and serve his clients. Corey and his wife Erin, a former Real Estate agent herself, have lived all over the world and have purchased their own homes, flips, and rentals along the way. “I served half of my career at Whiteman and when the writing was on the wall that the Air Force was getting ready to punch our ticket and send us up north, I decided to make this area my home.  Real estate became a natural transition that fit my skillset well.” 

When Corey was in the military he didn’t punch the time card and head home at 5. He stayed until the job was done no matter how long it took. He’s been doing that for so long, it’s simply part of who he is. Let him put that mindset and ethic to work for you, and get the deal done. He was completing his first contract at 1 a.m. the day his clients decided, “This is the one!” He wasn’t going to let his clients get beaten to the punch.

Corey may do things a little different than your typical agent, but he can clearly close the deal. He has a tremendous amount of management experience leading as many as 65 people and maintaining tens of millions of dollars of equipment. That experience has leveraged countless opportunities to read people and situations and decide the appropriate course of action for success. He is a Wheeler- and-Dealer throughout all aspects of his life. Real Estate 101!
